Should I start taking Cortiment before going to Egypt if I have a UC flare-up, or should I wait until I return?
I have an exacerbation of 5-10 bowel movements. I'm just going to Egypt. I haven't started taking cortimento yet. Should I wait and start taking it when I come back or right away? I read that if I take it, I can catch an infection, which is not difficult to get in Egypt. (It has happened to me a few times already)
