If you think that the Retimax you have purchased has an inappropriate smell, I encourage you to contact the pharmacy where you purchased the ointment.

Retimax does not contain fragrance additives, and its smell may be the result of natural substances such as lanolin. An odor of the "rancid" cream type may indicate inadequate storage of the product or a quality defect.

A quality defect can be reported by a pharmacy on the basis of your product complaint. You can also report a suspected quality defect to the relevant Provincial Pharmaceutical Inspector yourself.

If no steps are taken related to the smell of the ointment, the preparation can be disposed of in accordance with the applicable regulations, which we wrote about in the article:

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
