Duphaston is usually taken regularly twice a day with no break between tablets, as directed by your doctor. As a rule, it is taken from the 5th to the 25th day of the cycle.
A new menstrual cycle begins on the first day of menstruation, not after 25 days. If in doubt about dosage or cycle, it is worth consulting your doctor.
