Should I consider changing my medication if I do not feel any improvement after three years of using Alwenta and Egzysta and I have unpleasant symptoms?

Good night. For the third year in a row, I have been taking alwenta in the morning and egzysta in the evening. I feel equally depressed, even with an increase in the dosage, in the morning I feel disorientation in the eyes, sadness, it is heavy on the eyelids. Perhaps it makes sense to change the medication, since I do not feel any improvement, my doctor only increases my dosage. I can't feel joy, happiness.

After three years of using Alwenta and Egzysta, as well as after increasing the dose, the lack of improvement in well-being and the symptoms that appear, such as confusion and a feeling of heaviness, may suggest that the current therapy is not effective. It is worth consulting a doctor to assess the effectiveness of treatment and consider changing medications or additional therapeutic methods. It is important not to remain depressed and to seek support to find the most appropriate form of treatment for your needs.
