Arthrotec (a combination of diclofenac and misoprostol) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat pain and inflammation. In most cases, it can be safely combined with vitamins because vitamin supplements do not directly affect the mechanism of action of Arthrotec. However, it's a good idea to make sure that vitamins don't contain ingredients that may increase the risk of side effects or interact with NSAIDs, such as high doses of vitamin E or vitamin K, which may increase the risk of bleeding.
