Can you use Vinpocetine Espefa if there was a haemorrhage on the inside of the thigh?

Should I stop Espefa vinpocetine when I noticed a large extensive bruise / haemorrhage (inner part of the thigh.

There are no contraindications to continuing Vinpocetine therapy if you have a large bruise on the inner thigh.
Perhaps it is caused by some injury? If the cause is not known, you should consult a doctor.

Vinpocetine dilates cerebral vessels by reducing their tension, does not affect peripheral vessels, therefore it does not increase the risk of haemorrhages on the skin, e.g. on the inner part of the thigh.
