In the case of Co-Prestarium, the use of non-steroidal analgesics is not recommended, due to the possibility of weakening the antihypertensive effect of the drug.
Among over-the-counter drugs, a safer alternative with analgesic effects will be the use of preparations containing paracetamol: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/paracetamol
If the analgesic effect of paracetamol is too weak in this case, you should contact your doctor, who will assess the need for other prescription preparations.
