I had intercourse on September 27, 2024, the next day I had very minimal blood loss for 3/4 days, they changed color sometimes they were bright red others towards brown. Two weeks after intercourse and a day late from my period, I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative.
I'm on the third day of delay from my period and I'm on a regular cycle, should I get tested again?

Most urine pregnancy tests available on the market should be performed no earlier than about 14 days after intercourse or on the day of the expected menstrual period.
A menstrual period immediately after sex and a negative pregnancy test two weeks after sex and the day after menstruation indicate that you are not pregnant.
If you are concerned that the test performed did not show a reliable result due to, for example, improper performance, there are no contraindications to repeating it. If you have any doubts, it is worth consulting a gynecologist.
