Do not use Maxicortan on damaged skin and open wounds - including the condition after burns.

Indications for use of Maxicortan:

- atopic dermatitis;

- allergic contact eczema, hives;

- reactions that occur after an insect sting or bite (such as itching and irritation).

Applying Maxicortan to injured skin may cause systemic side effects related to the absorption of the steroid, as well as skin disorders at the site of application.

Ointments intended for the treatment of burns and hard-to-heal wounds include:

Extensive, severe burns should be treated by a physician and/or medical staff specializing in wound care.

In case of any doubts, I encourage you to consult the problem with a dermatologist - on our website you can use the teleconsultation (in the e-visit tab):

On our website, you can check the availability of burn preparations and place an order with collection at the pharmacy or home delivery.
