A 3.5-year-old child after a visit to the doctor was given Clemastinum Hasco syrup and 3% inhalation salt, my daughter suffers from a dry cough most at night. I'd like to give her levopront syrup. Can I give levoprant after giving Clemastinum Hasco syrup? If so, after what time interval. I will add that the child does not have any allergy... that's why I'm wondering why the doctor prescribed Clemastinum syrup....

No interactions of Levopron with antihistamines (e.g. clemastine) have been observed. Levopront does not affect the functions of the central nervous system or increase the effects of drugs that do have such effects.
Clemastine is an anti-allergic drug with a fairly broad spectrum of activity. It is sometimes used as an adjunct in the treatment of symptoms of upper respiratory tract catarrh in children, because - by inhibiting the processes related to the course of the inflammatory reaction - it reduces swelling within the nasal mucosa.
3% salt for inhalation should not be used at night, as it may increase the cough reflex. Inhalations with concentrated salt should be performed until 5 p.m. (more or less).
