Poltram Combo, like Doreta, contains tramadol and paracetamol. Tramadol, in addition to its analgesic properties, also has an antitussive effect.
Please remember that both preparations are intended for the symptomatic treatment of moderate and severe pain and should not be used only to inhibit the cough reflex.
