Taking hydrochlorothiazide (Telmix plus) together with esomeprazole (Emanera) may lead to hypomagnesaemia (decreased plasma magnesium levels), which may manifest as fatigue, muscle tremors, memory and concentration problems, sleep problems, and in some cases seizures and heart problems.

If the preparations were prescribed by one doctor or specialists who knew about other medications you are using, please strictly follow their recommendations regarding the use of the preparations.
If the medications were prescribed by different doctors who did not know about the other medications you are using, it may be necessary to consult them to determine the correct way to take them.
