Can you combine Escitil and Rixacam?

I was given Escitil by a neurologist, but I forgot to tell you that I was taking Rixacam to thin my blood. Can I take these two medications? And possibly at what time interval ?

The use of such a combination is possible, but caution should be exercised as there is an increased risk of bleeding.
If you observe m.in blood in the stool, bleeding gums, bruises, etc. Consult your doctor.
