The safest will be products based on paracetamol and based on plant raw materials. NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen, ketoprofen or metamizole sodium can weaken the effect of propranolol. Avoid taking vitamin C in high doses (e.g. vitamin C 1000), as it may also reduce the effectiveness of propranolol.
