Mounjaro for weight control, including weight loss and maintenance, can be used in adults with a baseline body mass index (BMI) of:

- ≥30 kg/m2 (obesity) or

- from ≥27 kg/m2 to <30 kg/m2 (overweight) with at least one concomitant disease related to abnormal body weight (e.g. hypertension, dyslipidaemia, obstructive sleep apnea, cardiovascular disease, prediabetes or type 2 diabetes).
