What hypertension medications can I take if Nitrendipine, Nebilet and Polpril cause side effects?

Hello, I have been taking polpril 1.25 mg for a few days and I got a burning rash on my chest. Is there 100% after this drug, is there a drug with a similar effect? I used nitridipine, which I also had to stop. For a short time I took Nebilet 2.5 mg after which I did not have a rash, but it lowered my pulse to 50 a lot. Is there a drug like Nebilet that does not lower the pulse? Thank you. Best regards

The list of drugs used to treat hypertension is quite long. Due to side effects, some patients are forced to change their treatment procedure more frequently. Any discontinuation/change of cardiovascular medications should be done under medical supervision (dose adjustments and gradual changes required).
