I gave my 3-year-old daughter Neosine forte for 18 days - can it harm her?

I gave my 3-year-old daughter neosine forte for 18 days, can she have something? I thought it was possible to do it preventively.

Neosine can be used as an adjunct, as a prophylaxis, in the case of recurrent upper respiratory tract infections (e.g. due to reduced immunity).

The duration of treatment is usually 5 to 14 days. Neosine has a high safety profile, so even with prolonged use, nothing should happen. Long-term Neosine intake (described as 3 months) can increase serum uric acid levels, so blood and urine tests should be performed regularly. Longer than 2 weeks. Treatments with this preparation should be consulted with a doctor.
