Hello, I'm on vacation and the third patch (3 weeks) came off in the middle of my trip, I have a spare one so I'll stick a new one. Today is Monday and my patch change day is Wednesday, so when I start a new package, what day will I put on the new patch?

The procedure will be the same. Only then will the protection be maintained.
So, if you applied a spare patch today, because 2 fell off - in 3 days (on Wednesday) you should apply a new patch, which should remain on the skin for another week. That is, the day of changing the patch remains unchanged.
Sorry, there was a mistake, it was the second week of patches, and the 3rd week of patches was supposed to take place on Wednesday, but I already mentioned it today

In order for the protection to be maintained, the plaster you applied today (Monday) should remain on the skin only for 3 days - that is, until Wednesday. Then the patch should be peeled off and a 7-day break should be taken for withdrawal bleeding. The next pack of patches should be started as usual on Wednesday, after a 7-day break.
