Good morning. I've been treating depression for a month now. I take 10 mg of Mozarin and 10 mg of Spamilan. It's my birthday on Friday. Will drinking one beer be very bad in combination with these drugs?

Information contained in the summary of product characteristics:
"In studies involving healthy volunteers, buspirone (Spamilan) did not exacerbate alcohol-induced impairment of psychophysical performance. However, there are no data on the concomitant use of buspirone at single doses of up to 20 mg with alcohol. Therefore, alcohol should not be drunk during buspirone treatment."
"Escitalopram (Mozarin) is not expected to react pharmacodynamically or pharmacokinetically with alcohol. However, as with other psychotropic drugs, alcohol consumption during escitalopram treatment is not recommended."
To sum up, although the characteristics of both medicinal products do not indicate the risk of significant interactions with alcohol, caution is recommended especially in the case of combination with a sedative/sedative drug due to the similar effect and risk of exacerbation of side effects, e.g. excessive sleepiness, confusion, coordination disorders. Alcohol is consumed in such a situation at one's own risk (the reaction to % may be individual and difficult to predict).
