Hello
Can I drink mistletoe infusion during the treatment of neurosis (Seroxat and Cloranxen for 14 days) (after all, it's on alcohol - 2.5ml x3 a day), and mistletoe helps me mentally with neurosis.

Thank you for your reply.

Mistletoe extract (contained in Intractum Visci) can affect blood pressure, so if you combine it with SSRIs (such as Seroxat), you should be careful and monitor your blood pressure regularly. Cloranxen can also affect blood pressure, which further increases the risk of disorders.

In addition, during treatment with Cloranxen, as stated in the package leaflet, medicinal products containing alcohol (such as Intractum Visci) should be avoided. Alcohol increases the sedative effect of the drug, which can lead to side effects such as drowsiness, impaired concentration or dizziness.

Medications prescribed by your doctor (i.e., Seroxat and Cloranxen) should be effective in alleviating the symptoms of neurosis, so additional use of Mistletoe should not be necessary.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
