Can my joints hurt while taking Trexan Neo?

Hello, I was diagnosed with RA 15 weeks ago I take trexan neo once a week I started with one tablet and I take 2.5 tablets joint pain has intensified a lot ankles swollen legs my hands hurt very much there is also pain thumbs very swollen I can't unscrew a water bottle the same way my arms have movement limitations on and the neck is stiff I can't turn my head there were times when the pain was less general I feel worse and worse is it normal after such prolonged use of trexan

Worsening of joint and muscle pain has been reported with the use of Trexan Neo. These are side effects that occur uncommonly (may affect up to 1 in 100 people but may affect up to 1 in 1000) when you are taking this medicine.
