Some plant substances may interact with antidepressants. This is particularly likely when herbal substances inhibit the isoenzymes responsible for the metabolism of the drugs used.

In this case, an interaction may occur if you use the above-mentioned drugs (Trittico and Asentra) with milk thistle, so it is not recommended to take them together.
This may result in increased plasma concentrations of the drug and therefore a higher likelihood of adverse reactions.

As for the Pau d'arco dietary supplement - the Lapacho contained in it is not subject to legally regulated quality control procedures required for a natural drug, therefore its interactions with many medicinal substances are not fully understood.

Other preparations can be used while taking the medications you have mentioned, but please keep at least 2 hours between taking them.
