Hello, in the spring there were articles that there is to be dried herbs from Israel, hashish, ready-made blunts and there were also articles that the American company cookies is to introduce medical dried products to the European market, including Polish in the fall. Do you know anything about this, are there any attempts to register these products?

At the moment, there is no information about this type of registration in the Register of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials.
In practice, the introduction of this form of the drug is unlikely.
Dried medical marijuana is a raw material for pharmacy recipes intended for making drugs in pharmacies. In practice, dried flowers are sold in their original packaging or weighed into pharmacy packaging and sold in an unprocessed form - as dried flowers for vaporization.
However, it is not possible for a pharmacy to prepare blunts for patients, etc. Each recipe is based on the Pharmacopoeia - an official list of active substances and drugs that can be made from them. There is no provision in FP about hashish or blunts, so such forms are unacceptable in the case of marijuana in the legal distribution channel (i.e. medical marijuana cannot be processed in this way in a pharmacy).
It is also not possible to produce this type of drugs in a ready-made form - GIF does not issue this type of permits, because such a form of the drug is not available in FP or drug lists.
