After 4-5 hours from consuming small amounts of alcohol, there are no contraindications to taking 500 mg of paracetamol.
So now after 4 hours the smallest dose of paracetamol should not be taken? Unfortunately we are away and this is the only thing we have at hand, we don't have ointments:( He is a healthy person and we thought it was a small portion of alcohol

If you are a healthy person (without liver or kidney diseases), you can safely take a painkiller about 6 hours after consuming one glass of Aperol - regardless of whether it is a drug with paracetamol or ibuprofen.
It may be worth considering the use of topical treatment - in the form of patches or ointments. Since the systemic absorption of this type of agents is negligible, the ointment or patch can be applied earlier, e.g. after 2-3 hours.
