Good morning
I've been treated for depression for a year now... it turned out that it was caused by ADHD, which I was diagnosed with.
I am currently taking SSRI - Zoloft 150 mg per day
Can I combine it with methylphenidate?
What dosage should I start with?
People complain on forums that the psychiatrist chose the wrong dose for them... he started with fast-acting instead of delayed ignition and suffer from migraines...

The medications you have mentioned are available only with a doctor's prescription, so they should be used according to his recommendations.
The combined use of sertraline (Zoloft) with methylphenidate may increase its plasma concentration, and thus increase its effect and increase the likelihood of side effects of the substance.
Each treatment with methylphenidate requires individual dose adjustments based on efficacy and tolerability, as response to treatment can vary greatly from patient to patient.
If the medications have been prescribed by one doctor, the dosage schedule should be strictly followed. If the medications were prescribed by specialists who did not know about the other preparations you use, it will be necessary to consult in order to determine the appropriate schedule of their use.
