Response to treatment is usually observed after 2-4 weeks of therapy. This also applies when the dose of the drug is increased. Therefore, if you still feel excessive sleepiness after a month from increasing the dose of the drug, consider lowering the dose to the lowest effective dose that will not cause this type of adverse effects - changing the dosage method must be consulted with a doctor.
