What is stronger in terms of activation, i.e. dopamine-relieving Sulpiride or the newer Solian??? I mean the action of these drugs in small doses, they have a similar effect, but one has a stronger effect, the other less activating. The question is which???

The activating effect of both drugs will be similar. However, it is worth bearing in mind that amisulpride (Solian) works longer than Sulpiride.
The response to treatment is individual, so you should follow the specialist's recommendations and observe the body's reaction.
