Can I be sure that fertilization has not occurred? I got bleeding with a 17-day delay, a week after bleeding I did beta hcg from the blood came out negative and after two weeks I repeated, again negative. I did the tests about 40/50 days after petting. Do I need to go to the doctor to make sure? Should pregnancy be 100% ruled out??? I'm very scared and paranoid that mistakes in the lab could have happened

To @Kasia:
In the situation described, pregnancy can be ruled out.
And I can definitely rule out pregnancy?

In this scenario, there is a very low probability of pregnancy.
The results of beta-hCG tests performed on blood about 40-50 days after petting were negative, i.e. less than 5 mIU/mL, indicating that there was no pregnancy. Delayed bleeding, which occurs after about 17 days, may have other causes than pregnancy, such as hormonal disorders.
However, if you still have doubts, it is worth consulting a doctor, who can order additional tests and perform a gynecological examination to rule out other causes.

And I will also mention that I performed ultra-sensitive urine tests 3/4 weeks after that day and they are also negative
