If both tests were negative and were performed as you write 30 days after intercourse and you did not have unprotected intercourse after this time, pregnancy can be ruled out.
So I can rule out pregnancy 100%?

There is no need to confirm with a doctor the negative results of pregnancy tests performed one month after the last improperly secured intercourse.
