Should I switch Wegovy to metformine if I have PCOS?
On the drug wegovy 0.25 in the first month of use, my menstruation changed. There is pain in the lower abdomen, like menstruation, but the discharge itself practically does not occur, is very scanty, has a strong unpleasant odor, and lasts about 10 days (my usual menstruation is 5-6 days). Should I continue to take this drug, or change it to metformin if I have PCOS?

Wegovy and metformin are prescription preparations. If you notice side effects while taking Wegovy, tell your doctor. Based on the described symptoms and health condition, the doctor will determine whether menstrual disorders are the result of using Wegova and will decide on further therapy.
