On the drug wegovy 0.25 in the first month of use, my menstruation changed. There is pain in the lower abdomen, like menstruation, but the discharge itself practically does not occur, is very scanty, has a strong unpleasant odor, and lasts about 10 days (my usual menstruation is 5-6 days). Should I continue to take this drug, or change it to metformin if I have PCOS?
