Can I substitute 2 sachets per day for Ogestan Fertistim with 30,000 units of vitamin D every 2 weeks?

Can I take 2 sachets a day instead of Ogestan prescribed by my doctor? The only noticeable difference is the dose of vitamin D (25 units in Ogestan, and 50 units in 2 sachets of Fertistim). In addition to this, I take vitamin D tablets of 30,000 units once every 2 weeks.

The decision to change the supplement, especially during pregnancy or during planning, should be consulted with a doctor, because despite the similarities between Ogestan and Fertistim.

The vitamin D in your supplementation (30,000 units every 2 weeks) in combination with Fertistim provides a higher dose than with Ogestane, which can lead to excessive consumption. Excess vitamin D can cause side effects, so it's best to consult your doctor to adjust the right dosages.
