What can be used instead of Dulofor, after which I gain a lot of weight?
I take dulofor 60mg. It makes me gain a lot of weight. Since I've been using it, I've been gaining 1 kg every day and I feel like I'm swollen. When I stop taking it, my anxiety and panic attacks intensify. Is there any substitute for this drug? Should I use it in any other dose? What to do?

Persistent side effects should be reported to the treating physician to assess whether the treatment can be continued or changed. Dulofor can cause swelling or weight gain, but certainly not at a rate of 1 kg per day. Discontinuation of antidepressants - especially abruptly without gradual dose reduction - can cause deterioration of mood and withdrawal symptoms. Antidepressants are discontinued (or doses are changed) under medical supervision; Sometimes it is necessary to implement additional calming drugs.
