Whether Saxenda can cause an increase in heart rate?

Good morning

I'm taking the drug for the second time
One month at the target dose of 3.0. I noticed that my heart rate had increased since then. It does not fall below 100, and the weight is in the range of 110-120 at rest. Have any of you had similar side effects. Tomorrow I have a consultation with a diabetologist, but I'm curious about your opinions. Best regards
