Is it possible to combine Asentra and Duloxetine?

Good morning. My doctor prescribed me Asentra 50 mg 1/2 tablets and Duloxetine 30 mg 1 tablet. I didn't get information whether the drugs are safe to take together or not? One in the morning, one in the evening? I would like to add that I have a very sensitive stomach. So far, I have been taking one tablet of Asentra 50 mg

Combining these drugs is not recommended, as it may lead to the appearance of symptoms of serotonin syndrome. If the doctor has nevertheless decided to use such a combination, the dosage schedule agreed with the specialist should be strictly followed.
