Whether Etruzil can cause conjunctivitis and purulent discharge from the eyes?

Hello, can Etruzil cause conjunctivitis and large leaks of pus from the eyes? Since I've been taking it, I still have a problem with my eyes.

Conjunctivitis and purulent discharge from the eyes are not typical side effects directly related to taking Etruzil (letrozole). The most common side effects of this drug concern the musculoskeletal system (e.g. joint pain, osteoporosis), as well as symptoms such as hot flashes, tiredness and headaches.

However, not all side effects of drugs are known and described - if you associate taking the drug with the appearance of eye problems, I encourage you to report it to your doctor. Your doctor may decide to stop your treatment or give you a different treatment regimen.

I have attached helpful materials:

Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data on them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane

Adverse drug reactions can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg moose-side-effect-0
