Can you combine Tetralysal and Glucophage?

Good morning. Due to bothersome acne, I received Tetralysal 300mg 1x a day from a dermatologist. I am also being treated for PCOS, one of the medications I take is Glucophage 500mg in the morning and 850mg in the evening. According to the leaflet of Tetralysal, it should not be used with diabetes medications because it increases their effect. Shouldn't I take it then? I must admit that I really wanted to try this antibiotic in the fight against acne.

Tetralysal may increase the effect of oral antidiabetic drugs, but combining these agents is not absolutely contraindicated.

Adjustment of the Glucophage dosage may be indicated. Dose reduction should be done after consultation with a doctor.
