Cetraxal Plus ear drops can be used before a scheduled operation under general anesthesia. It is local and does not interact with other medicines you are taking, including medicines used under anaesthesia.
According to the manufacturer:
"Pharmacokinetic analysis showed no or negligible plasma concentrations of the active substances, indicating that systemic concentrations of ciprofloxacin and/or fluocinolone acetonide are not likely to be pharmacokinetic or clinically relevant following topical administration of Cetraxal Plus."
