Two lines on the pregnancy test indicate a positive result (pregnancy). It is also worth knowing that the ovarian pain you feel may be related to ovulation, which is a normal symptom.

The pregnancy test shows 2 lines. I suggest you see a gynaecologist for an examination confirming the presence of pregnancy. Alternatively, you can have blood tests to assess the beta value of HCG. Super-sensitive pregnancy tests show pregnancy as early as 5-7 days after conception, while most are reliable only after about 14 days. On this basis, you can try to estimate when conception occurred (the last intercourse no longer affected the test result).
