Dymista contains: azelastine (an antihistamine) and fluticasone (a corticosteroid). It is used to treat moderate to severe seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. However, where there is a structural cause of sinus obstruction (bilateral obstruction of the air ethmoid estuary-ductal complexes), its effectiveness may be limited. Obstruction of the paranasal sinus outlets is a common cause of chronic sinusitis.

It is important that you use Dymista regularly as directed by your doctor to get the maximum benefit from your treatment.
