According to the manufacturer:

"Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over should slowly dissolve one hard lozenge in the mouth every 2-3 hours. The maximum dose is 6 hard lozenges per day. It should be considered that side effects can be reduced by using the minimum effective dose for the shortest period necessary to alleviate symptoms."
