The medicines you have mentioned are available only with a doctor's prescription and should be used according to his indications.
The combined use of quetiapine (Ketrel) and mianserin (Lerivon) increases the risk of adverse drug reactions occurring or exacerbated, including daytime sleepiness, impaired concentration and motor coordination, dizziness, difficulty in assessing the situation correctly, and cardiac arrhythmias.
Unless your doctor has recommended the combined use of the preparations, do not take them together on your own.
