Can I use Nasen and Senexa together?

Can you take Senax and Nasen tablet? I have been taking Nasen pills for 4 years. Currently, one is not enough for me. At night I take another one. He changed my family one to Senax, after which I don't sleep at all

The combination of melatonin in Senaxa and zolpidem in Nasen may increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness, excessive sedation, memory problems, drowsiness, difficulty concentrating and thinking, as well as correct judgment and motor coordination.

Unless your doctor has recommended that you use these preparations together, do not combine them on your own. If you feel that the medication is not working well for you, I encourage you to consult your doctor again.

Thank you for your reply. In some threads here on the portal I found answers that you should additionally protect yourself by using gynalgin. My withdrawal bleeding lasted 3 days, but the bull was brown in color. I used gynalgin... How is it with this effectiveness? And does this bleeding indicate that there was no interference in effectiveness? It was usually red

To @Pytanie:

When used vaginally, it acts locally and does not interact significantly with oral tablets.

Thank you very much. So gynalgin containing metronidazole but administered vaginally does not affect the effectiveness of the pills?

To @Pytanie:

Brown withdrawal bleeding that lasted 3 days may be a normal symptom after you stop taking birth control pills such as Orlifique. This color of blood is often due to oxidation, which is typical of bleeding that takes place in the genital tract. If it is not accompanied by other disturbing symptoms, such as pain or unpleasant smell, there is no reason to worry.

I have one more question for you. He takes orlifique. While taking the pills, I also took gynalgin vaginally. My withdrawal bleeding appeared on time, it lasted 3 days, but the bull was brown in color. Is this normal?
