According to the manufacturer:

"The most commonly reported adverse reactions were: pain at the injection site (68.1% in total; severe in 3.8% after dosing), myalgia (32.9% in total; severe in 2.9% after dosing), fatigue (32.2% in total; severe in 3% after dosing) and headache (26.3% in total; severe in 1.9% postponement). Most of these effects were not long-lasting (mean duration 2 to 3 days).
Side effects defined as strong lasted 1 to 2 days. The incidence of side effects was higher in people aged 50-69 years compared to people aged ≥ 70 years, especially in terms of general side effects such as muscle pain, fatigue, headache, chills, fever and gastrointestinal symptoms."
