Is dark urine after the first dose of Levofloxacin 500 mg a side effect or should I discontinue the treatment?

I got Levofloxacin 500 mg yesterday because of a bladder infection and took the first tablet in the evening.
Today my urine is very dark and I'm not sure if that's a side effect. Unfortunately, my doctor is no longer available today, Friday. Should I still continue to take it?

Dark urine after taking levofloxacin may be one of the side effects of this medicine. The levofloxacin leaflets mention dark urine as a possible side effect that patients may experience.

If you are not experiencing any other worrying symptoms and dark urine is your only concern, it may be possible to continue treatment with levofloxacin, but it is best to consult your doctor as soon as possible.
