On 15.08. I had unprotected sex, but I didn't have fertile days at that time and my partner didn't "finish" in me. On 05.09., i.e. after 22 days (2 days before the expected menstruation) I did a beta HCG blood test. I attached the result in the photo. Does this rule out the possibility of a possible pregnancy?

Yes, you can rule out pregnancy. After such a time after intercourse, the result of the beta-hCG test would be much higher if fertilization occurred.
It is assumed that for a pregnant woman in the first weeks of pregnancy, the result of the beta-hCG hormone level should be over 5 mIU/ml. In a normally developing pregnancy, the level of beta-hCG doubles on average every 48 hours and increases until the 9th-12th week of pregnancy. In the later stage of pregnancy, it drops to 10-20% of the maximum value.
