Ondasetron is only available with a prescription and should be taken according to your doctor's prescription.

It is indicated for the treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by cytotoxic chemotherapy or radiotherapy and for the prevention of nausea and vomiting in the postoperative period.

Available studies have shown that ondasetron is not effective in preventing nausea and vomiting in motion sickness.
