Can I use Letrox, Mesopral, Calperos and Duspatalin Retard?

Good morning. After removing the thyroid gland, I take letrox (in the morning on an empty stomach) and calperos . Now, due to gastritis, the doctor prescribed mesopral (morning on an empty stomach) 40mg and duspatalin retard. Can I take these medications together?

Due to the possibility of weakening the effect of levothyroxine (Letrox) by the calcium contained in Calperos, these products are best taken at other times of the day, i.e. if Letrox is used in the morning, Calperos can be taken in the afternoon or evening.

The other preparations do not interact with each other significantly. As for the medications that you should use on an empty stomach - it is best to take Letrox first, then Mesopral after about 30 minutes.
