These medicines can be taken at the same time if they have been prescribed by the same doctor, or if the prescriber has been informed of what other medicines you are already taking and what additional conditions you have. If these medicines are used at the same time, it is important that your doctor monitors you closely and adjusts the dosage according to your response to treatment.
With the simultaneous use of Asentry and Trittico, the risk of serotonin syndrome increases. It may be accompanied by symptoms such as fever, sweating, increased heart rate, diarrhoea, (uncontrollable) muscle cramps, chills, increased reflexes, anxiety, mood changes, loss of consciousness.
With the combined use of Asentry and Propranolol, there is an increased risk of side effects of propranolol, such as bradycardia (slow heart rate) and hypotension (hypotension).
On the other hand, combining Trittico and Propranolol can increase drowsiness and also increase the risk of hypotension.
If it is necessary to combine these drugs, you should strictly follow the dosage schedule established with your doctor.
