How to use Dexafree drops and is there a risk of overdose?

The doctor prescribed me a single dose several times a day. But I see on the leaflet that it is noted 1 drop.
Is there a risk of overdose? I don't understand if it's 1 drop or 1 single dose.

Dosage of Dexafree drops:

"The generally accepted dosage is 1 drop 4 to 6 times a day into the eye showing symptoms. In serious cases, treatment may be started with 1 drop every hour, but the dose should be reduced to 1 drop every 4 hours after a reduction in symptoms has been observed. Doses should be reduced gradually to avoid relapse. The duration of treatment will usually range from a few days to a maximum of 14 days. "

Based on the description, I conclude that the doctor recommended the use of one drop (i.e. a single dose) in the eye several times a day, which would be in line with the recommendations of the drug manufacturer. This dosage does not pose a risk of overdose of the active substance.
