Mounjaro (tirzepatide) 5 mg can be divided into two doses of 2.5 mg, however this is not recommended without consulting your doctor. This drug is used in the form of subcutaneous injections and its dosage should be strictly followed according to the doctor's instructions. Usually, the initial dose is 2.5 mg once a week, and after four weeks you can increase it to 5 mg, also once a week.

As for storage, Mounjaro should be stored in a refrigerator between 2°C and 8°C. Freezing should be avoided. Once the vial has been opened, the solution should be used within 28 days if stored in the refrigerator.
